Todays digest is a curated collection of research papers on the experiences of black researchers, and the connection to impact, reach and research success. The repercussions of this group being underrepresented in traditional research publications means that crucial questions raised in their work dont ever reach those who would benefit most (amongst other casualties). Academic research communication is hard enough as it is.

The question is, what does impact mean to black researchers? Who is your research for? Who outside of the academy needs to know about these insights?
