Together, we’ll explore what psychological safety means for us as researchers, facilitators and academics, how it translates into our work, and the scope of its influence. Pairing safety with imagination, we borrow a tool from therapeutic + social care practices (the miracle question) to help us imagine and co-create. Alongside sharing some research from the Reconcile Journal on decolonising our imaginations to dream up a better future, there will be space for reflection, discussion, and thinking through how this could support you in your own work.
